This is one of the finest homes in the Sundance Resort area. It is located less than one mile from the ski lifts, thus making it very accessible to the activities of the resort, yet far enough away to give you the privacy and quietness one would expect in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Truly, a place to build memories that will last a lifetime.

We are located just minutes away from the Provo river, known for its great brown trout fishing. Park City is a fun town just a short 25 minute drive where you can find more skiing, the alpine slide (summer), hiking, biking, golfing, and great restaurants. Outlet stores there are open year round. This was home for the 2002 Olympic ski jumping the luge events. Wasatch State Park located just minutes from Heber City is beautiful in summer and has gorgeous golf courses, it also is a great place to go snowmobiling in the winter. Utah is known for having the greatest snow on earth. Durring your stay you will be just minutes from the resort, so you can injoy the great snow and have the ability to take breaks throughout the day to warm up in the cabin next to the fire place.

You will also be a short 30 minute drive to Park City where you have access to Dear Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort. You will have plenty of options to have an amazing time durring your stay here at Sundance.

Hiking

Hiking

Sundance resort has over 10 miles of hiking trails, with the option of riding the chair lift up and taking the trail down. If you feel like getting more of a workout, you could hike up and take the chair lift down, or even hike both directions.

You also have hundereds of additional trails right outside of the resort. There are trails for all skill levels. If you want and advanced hike you can take the timpooneke trail to the top of the mountain (15 miles round trip)

Sundance offers over 25 miles of lift-serviced mountain biking, trails. All Sundance trails are designed for uphill and downhill, feature challenging terrain and breathtaking views and range from intermediate to advanced trail riding. If you are new to mountain biking, they offer courses at their Mt. Biking School to get you up and riding safely in no time.

Can't bring your bike with you? No need to worry. They also offer Mt. bike rentals for your convience.

Do you want to see some wild life and experience the beauty of the Wasatch Mountains? If so, the Sundance horse back riding tour may be just what your looking for. The trail network is laid out through pristine back country terrain creating a unique experience for all ability levels.
